What an awesome Summer Camp at Woodruff Scout
Reservation last year! We achieved ALL of our troop goals, PLUS a few others!
* We wanted to score at least 20 each day on our camp inspection (24 is a perfect
score). We had a PERFECT SCORE every day. The boys and leaders did a great job keeping
the camp looking great!
* Honor Troop Award
* Scouting Traditions Award
* Ranger Award (this was a bonus)
* Two new Scoutmasters
* Three new Cope Instructors
* One new Life Guard
* A whole bunch of merit badges earned!!!!
Pirate Day (Wednesday) was a great success and fun party!
The boys were recognized all over camp for their
helpfulness and for their marching in formation. They really looked great!
None of this would be possible without the help of all of the adult leaders who
gave their time, energy and talent to make this a success. Please
take the time to thank these gentlemen when you see them.
Also, thanks to those parents who came up during the week to deliver food, take
pictures and to help out!
